I'd vote if I thought I'd get what I voted for.

People tell me that I cant complain about the government because I don't vote, to which my response is 'A manifesto is a promise and a vote is a gesture of trust in that promise and if you cant trust the person to keep their word on their promises, then why on earth would I waste my time voting, giving credibility to a corrupt system?'

I think that if manifesto's were legally binding, then more people would vote, as like me, I'm sure they think that in a democracy, you should get what you vote for.
