What powers are reserved to a UK parliament?

There is good evidence that Scotland want devolution of everything bar defense and foreign affairs (60%+) or everything bar defence, foreign affairs, tax and benefits.

Now on the principle that if there is a federal parliament, every constituent part should - at the timescape that suits it - take up maximum powers, let's reserve just defense and foreign affairs to a UK parliament  or or just defence, foredgn affairs, tax and benefits.
