The Right to Go

The component nations of Britain should have the right to leave the Union and to choose for themselves whether or not they wished, as independent states, to remain part of the international organisations, notably the EU, of which Britain was a member.

The constitution should specify the circumstances in which a vote might be called (? a petition signed by 30% of voters) and the majority required to change the status quo (?two thirds).
